El Yunque Waterfall, Waterslide, and Hiking Tour

Schedule:

• The estimated duration of 8.5 hours includes 3.5 to 4 hours in the forest, a 1.5-hour drive each way, and a 1.5-hour lunch break.  

Meeting Point: “Playa El Último Trolley” at the José Celso Barbosa Park Stutue, FX22+CM3, Av. Las Américas, San Juan, 00911 

• Participants will meet at the Dr. Jose Celso Barbosa Park statue.
• We offer group door-to-door service or a meeting at a pickup point, depending on seat availability. We can pick you up directly from your hotel, Airbnb, or preferred location, provided it's along one of our established stops or routes.

Join us for a thrilling small-group tour led by local certified guides passionate about El Yunque. Raised exploring this lush rainforest, we offer a unique adventure that goes beyond the usual tourist spots.

Start your journey with a convenient 6:00am to 7:00 AM pick-up and a scenic drive to the park. A short 20-minute hike through vibrant tropical landscapes sets the stage for an unforgettable experience. Along the way, our guides share fascinating insights into the forest’s ecology, history, and culture. 

The adventure begins with a natural water slide, where smooth rocks lead to a refreshing crystal-clear pool. Feel the rush with cliff jumping and swing into the water on an exhilarating rope swing! Afterward, savor traditional Puerto Rican food and drinks at a local kiosk, soaking up the vibrant local vibe.

Will guests need to bring anything to the experience?

• Water and Snacks 
• Sunscreen
• Something to cover up in case it gets chilly.
• Footwear: Please wear proper hiking shoes that you don't mind getting a little muddy. The trail can be slippery, so avoid wearing Crocs, flip-flops, or slippers.
• Essential Pack: Wear breathable, lightweight clothes for free movement. Bring a towel, spare clothes, and extra shoes or flip-flops. Facilities for washing up and changing are available to keep the vehicle clean before our lunch break.
• Phones charged and with enough memory for photos and videos; bring a waterproof cover for your camera or smartphone.

• Suitable for Ages 6+
• This is a lengthy full-day experience, so we advise that you get plenty of rest the night before.
• Please note that this experience is weather-dependent. In case of inclement weather, we offer the flexibility to reschedule or receive a refund.

• Depending on seat availability, we offer group door-to-door service or a meeting at a pickup point. If applicable to your tour or excursion, we can pick you up directly from your hotel, Airbnb, or preferred location, provided it's along one of our established stops or routes.
• Please travel light and only bring the necessary items for the experience. Leave behind electronic devices, and any important documentation such as a passport, large sums of cash, or credit cards.
• We reserve the right of admission. If a person appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, not following instructions, causing disruptions, or not dressed appropriately, the guide has the right to cancel their reservation at any moment, and NO REFUNDS will be issued due to this.
• A complimentary drop-off in selected areas: San Juan: Condado, Isla Verde, Ocean Park, or Old San Juan.

Health Requirements:

• Not wheelchair accessible
• Not recommended for travelers with back problems
• Not recommended for pregnant travelers
• No heart problems or other serious medical conditions
• Travelers should have a moderate physical fitness level
• Senior citizens who attend the tour are required to be physically able to start and end the tour.

CANCELATION POLICY: 

Follow the instructions in "Free Cancellation, Return, and Refund Information" to cancel or request a refund.

• Full refund if canceled up to 3 days before experience start time, or within 24 hours of booking made more than 48 hours before start time. 
• 80% refund for cancellations made less than 48 hours before start time.
• Single classes/packages are for individual use only; not shareable.
• Refunds are issued if the minimum traveler requirement isn't met.
